The goal is new website launched to immediate praise from the Sunny Side School community. The results were clear and impactful:

  • Reduction in Administrative Burden: The staff reported a significant decrease in calls asking for basic information that was now easily accessible on the new site.

  • Enhanced Brand Perception: The modern, professional design accurately reflected the institute’s high standards, building trust with prospective families from their first click.

THE challenge

Sunny Side School possessed a wealth of excellent programs and a stellar reputation. However, their existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate on mobile devices, and failed to reflect their quality. The inquiry form was buried and complicated, leading to a high number of phone calls for basic information and a low rate of qualified online leads. They needed a digital presence that acted as a true "front door," welcoming families and effectively guiding them to take the next step.

OUR APPROACH

1. Discovery & Strategy: We began by interviewing staff and parents to identify key pain points and information priorities. We mapped the ideal user journey for a prospective parent, from first visit to submitting an inquiry.
2. User-Centric Design: We designed a clean, professional, and warm interface that prioritized:
Mobile-First Responsiveness: Ensuring a perfect experience on any device.
Clear Information Architecture: Making key details (programs, faculty, tuition, calendar) easy to find in 2-3 clicks.
Compelling Visual Storytelling: Using high-quality photography and video to showcase campus life and student success.
3. Conversion-Focused Development: We built the site with a focus on generating leads, strategically placing clear Call-to-Action buttons (e.g., "Schedule a Tour," "Request a Prospectus") throughout the site and simplifying the inquiry form to its essential fields.
